• Any special requests you choose to share, so we can prepare for your arrival.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as the pages you visited.

Why we collect it

To confirm and service your reservation, to answer your questions, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to accommodation in Indonesia.

Who we share it with

Only the people who need it to deliver your stay — villa staff, and any transfer or experience provider you have asked us to book. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as your reservation and the legal record-keeping period require, and no longer.

Your choices

Write to us to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it.
