Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here is where you stand if yours do.

Standard terms

• More than 30 days before check-in — your deposit is refunded in full, less any bank charges.
• 15 to 30 days before check-in — the deposit is retained and the balance is released.
• Fewer than 15 days before check-in — the full amount of the stay is retained.
• No-show or early departure — the full amount of the stay is retained.

Peak periods

Stays over Christmas, New Year and Nyepi may carry stricter terms. Where they do, the terms are stated on your confirmation and they replace the standard terms above.

How to cancel

Email us from the address on your reservation. A cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it, and we will confirm it in writing.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days. Currency conversion and bank fees are outside our control.

If we have to cancel

In the rare case that a villa becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable villa for the same dates or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We strongly recommend travel insurance for anything beyond either party's control.
