Booking Conditions

These conditions apply to every reservation made directly with us.

Making a reservation

• A reservation is a request until we confirm it in writing by email.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and stays responsible for their whole party.
• Rates are quoted per night for the number of guests stated. Adding guests may change the rate.

Payment

• No payment is taken on the website. Once availability is confirmed we send secure payment instructions.
• A deposit secures the dates; the balance is due before arrival, on the date given in your confirmation.
• Reservations are recorded in the base currency shown on your confirmation. Other currencies are converted estimates.

During your stay

• Check-in and check-out times are listed on each villa page. Earlier or later times are subject to availability.
• Please treat the villa, its staff and its neighbours with care. Damage beyond fair wear and tear may be charged.
• Events, additional visitors and commercial photography need our written approval in advance.

Changes

We will always try to accommodate a change of dates or party size, subject to availability and any difference in rate. Cancellations are covered by our cancellation policy.
